All orders are checked for defects before shipping. Kindly take note that our products have to be stored in dry and cool place after purchase in order to protect from light and moisture. Exposure to heat and sunlight may damage the products. If the products are found to be inflicted after delivery and were returned to us for an exchange, we shall have the right to refuse to the exchange.
